小城上演 Jarndyce v Jarndyce，家翁敗訴。小城小記，引經據典，教化小民： 《信報》2006年10月26日 根據二零零五年版的法律權威書籍《Archbold》，助訟涉及非法協助他人打官司，「包攬訴訟」則是助訟中較嚴重中的一種，因涉及在官司勝訴後攤分利益，是《普通法》的刑事及侵權行為，源自中古，針對當時有權勢貴族透過資助官司欺壓平民百姓的行為，「包攬訴訟」在英國雖已廢除，但香港仍適用。 以「不成功、不收費」作招徠的律師或索償代理，便涉及「包攬訴訟」，近年法律改革委員會希望放寬，容許部分案件可採此收費模式，遂向公眾諮詢。 試找出十個不同之處： 《蘋果日報》2006年10月26日 根據05年版的法律權威書籍 Archbold ，包攬訴訟是助訟（maintenance）的一種，助訟者以非慈善目的，非法資助訴訟，影響他人權益，兩者均源自中古的普通法，針對當時權貴透過資助官司欺壓平民百姓，既屬刑事，亦是民事侵權行為，英國於1967年立法廢除，香港仍適用，但沒有案例。 以「不成功、不收費」作招徠的律師或索償代理，便涉及包攬訴訟，近年法律改革委員會打算容許某些性質的案件採用這種收費模式，已向公眾作出諮詢。 《蘋果日報》還聲明「本報訊」呢！真是鏗鏘得可以。 Propaganda masquerading as education，橋唔怕舊也。 都說傳媒是社會公器。你可以借報紙宣揚「包攬訴訟」罪過。我也可在報紙發表「公民抗命」宣言。 這場 propaganda war 永遠打不完，小城記者最幸福。搬字過紙罷了，仲敢怨人工低！
